This is an Awesome Cart! I ordered it last week, and received it early this week. Took it out on its maiden voyage just two days ago over a 18 block course. It did wonderful.Having been a small furniture dealer for years, and having to often put together merchandise I had little issues with the directions. The Letters on the pictured diagram coincide with the Letters in the directions on the back. Check to make sure you have all of your springs, washers, pins, hubcaps, and wheels before you start to assemble. Take time to review the directions and the photo noting the letters/steps before you start. It helpsIn reading previous reviews some have confused this cart with another cart that looks similar. The front wheels on this cart do not move, and there is no bend near the front wheels. These wheels are not falling off because of any broken metal. The tubular metal is a straight shot down from the handle. I suspect the pin that needs to be pushed all the way through the front axle rod hole hasn't been pushed in all the way, or the hole was missed. Easy to do. It's dark in that pipe. Use the small pins just like a hair pin. I found using a pliers to push on this pin all the way in helped getting it metal to metal. Now, while the wheels on the front do not move, I have found it possible in having a heavy load, like I did this week, you can do "Wide" turns, but not "Tight turns". Wide turns can be done, if you have the opportunity to travel on a two lane road, lol. Or really, really wide sidewalk.If you have a lighter load, I suspect you could do tight turns by tipping the cart slightly back and turning the cart in your desired direction.This cart is higher and wider than the cart, I purchased at the grocery store and replaced it with. I had it packed to the gills this week. The extra lil basket in the back was great for the two 12 pack cartons of pop I had in there, but it could have handled three. In addition to the 24 cans of pop I had this cart so loaded with weighty bulky items this week, including a watermelon, five lbs. each of Sugar, and Flour, laundry detergent, fabric softener, gallon of milk, a gallon of apple juice, bag of oranges and onions, "Plus" the rest of my order. It did well. The smaller wheels in the front while they did get stuck in the Rail Road Tracks, the Larger wheels were able to take over by slightly tipping the cart backwards, backing up, and pushing it forward. It was so nice to be able to push this cart up hill for a change, rather than to lug this weight behind me as I have had to do in the past. No wheels lost, and I haven't noticed any odor from the epoxy finish. No Odor at All!The little rubber hub caps which have two holes for the final pins, which I twisted slightly with a pliers and then chose to wrap tape around to prevent injury to other possible shoppers, as well to add further protection from the pins possibly working loose from extensive tension from the weight put in the cart as well as the push/pull I will put it through.But all in all for the price of this cart, it's an awesome cart. I paid $20 for my last cart, about a year ago, and it wasn't able to accommodate the load I put this one through this week, and it fell apart after hard use just two weeks ago. Looking forward to my next trip to the store
