After I actually received this cart - misdelivered:) All I had to do was to open the box take out the trolley frame, unfold the laundry/grocery cart bag and slide it over the frame. Easy to adjust handle for short or tall people. A definite plus is the expandable top of the bag with side snaps...unsnap and more shopping/laundry space. Most carts don't have that feature. For some who have never owned a cart, instructions might have been helpful to get started.This is a nice looking cart, it almost looks like a piece of luggage, when it's full. It doesn't weigh much and it easily folds down small and neat. The seams are perfect and the canvas color looks rich, it is very well put together. The bag is easy to strap onto the plastic cart.When it isn't full, the bag doesn't look like it's got any structure, so it sags a bit, unless you really tighten the top straps, that's just how it looks. I like that it's lightweight, and well made, seems like it will last. I didn't want a big cart, glad I got it because it is just the right size for a few grocery bags.No complaints at all! I’m very happy with the quality of the bag and the cart. They are exactly as described and as quick & easy to fold up and store as described. It maneuvered great with the bag secure with 2 good size grocery bags. The complaint I saw about the bag slipping off the cart was due to it not being attached correctly using just the 2 Velcro strips because the bag first needs to be slipped down the cart handle through the “open pocket” on the back of the bag. The bag has a couple of pockets on it so this open one can be easily missed as being open initially if the person’s cart didn’t come with instructions like mine didn’t.Love this little car. It's very convenient. Buy vegetables move express. Carrying water is worth havingWhile initially impressed with this cart, in actual use it fell fall short of my expectations. I still don't know why, but the whole thing is very unbalanced and kept "flipping over" on me all the way up (had some mail order packages I had to bring to the local Postal Graphics store on the way out which did NOT fit ino the cart bag but which I bungee corded to the frame) and all the way home. Sadly, it really IS well made in terms of the canvas bag, but the balance and center of gravity was way off whether I pushed or pulled the darn thing. Also, I need a much longer handle (I'm over 5'9" tall). Can NOT recommend, sadly. ORIGINAL review (before I actually used the darn thing!): Incredibly well made; easy to unfold and set up; wheels worked beautifully over sidewalks and pavement. Huge capacity; I used a side pocket to hold some blue ice to keep things cooler. Very pleased with this purchase.It rolls pretty good. The bag doesn't stay on very well.Warerproof, great for cold stuff at grocery stores or famers markets. The handle is tall enough that the average height person does not have to bend over to pull the cart. Folds quick and easily stores. Thick bag, holds a lot of stuff.This is well made and looks nice but it rocks back and forth a lot and falls off the side. Wish it also had handles from up and down stairs, makes it a challenge to carry when needed.
